Raise it with us first
Email hello@costquote.co.uk with what happened and what you’d like put right. We aim to acknowledge within two working days.
Data complaints
If it’s about how your data was handled, you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We’re registered, Reg. ZA774715.
If a partner is involved
If your complaint is about a partner we introduced you to, tell us anyway: we record which partner received your enquiry, we will confirm who that was, and we will raise it with them. Their own complaints procedure and any relevant ombudsman route will also apply to them.
